Because our collections include curated surprise items, returns and refunds are handled a little differently from traditional products. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  •   Items must be unused and in their original condition
  •   Products must remain in their original packaging
  •   Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
  •   Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

If your return request is approved, well provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  •  Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.

Mystery Box & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the surprise and collectible nature of mystery boxes, certain items may not be eligible for return.

We do not accept returns for:

  •  Opened mystery box items
  •  Personalized or custom products
  •  Beauty or personal care items
  •  Gift cards
  •   Sale items
  •  Perishable or hazardous goods

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for mystery box items.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for another collection or item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  •   Items must be unused
  •   Products must remain in original packaging
  •   Proof of purchase is required

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, well notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  •   Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  •  Processing may take up to 10 business days
  •   Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
